Counsellors At Law

WinstonLoweLLC provides expert service to its private and public sector clients.  We specialize in matters that require extensive experience, a high level of sophistication and an impeccable reputation.  We have earned a reputation for taking a client-oriented problem solving approach to our clients' legal and business problems.  Matters undertaken by our firm are afforded the direct personal attention of a Partner having the expertise with respect to the issues.

We are privileged to be involved in the formation of businesses, acquisitions, divestures, and portfolio investment transactions for our clients who range from Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, as well as public sector pension funds and other investment funds to closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals.

For our entrepreneurial clients we not only focus on transactions, but work to understand their business model and industry in order to provide customized service targeting each client's unique needs.

Our practice principally focuses on capital market transactions, acquisitions and divestures, investment fund formation (public and private), private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

An important feature of our services is our ability to draw on our extensive, established network of legal specialists to assist our clients in key areas where deep knowledge of particular specialties may be required.  Key examples are our relationships with specialists in patent prosecution in a wide variety of technical fields, '40 Act matters, and complex tax and ERISA matters.

We coordinate with these specialists and the client on a case by case basis, with the specialist working as a part of the WinstonLoweLLC team.  From the client's point of view, the specialist's role is transparent--WinstonLoweLLC manages the project and integrates the specialist's advice and work product in the overall service the client receives.  In other situations, WinstonLoweLLC assists the client in identifying and retaining a qualified specialist to meet their needs, managing the specialist on behalf of the client.  In all cases, WinstonLoweLLC provides highly skilled, timely and cost effective legal and advisory services to its clients.
